Very responsive and kind. I received my email noting they’d received my PAYPAL confirmation on the 19th, then recieved an email noting FEDEX received their package. I then recieved my FEDEX package, this morning, March 24th! I live in the USA, in Idaho, and was totally impressed with the quality of the LV bag, packaging (which was in a box, then FEDEX wrapping so the bag was well protected), along with the customer service.
